The Anaphylaxis Campaign is a national registered charity (number 1085527) set up in 1994 following the deaths of four people from allergic reactions to nuts. The Campaign provides support and information to the growing number of people at risk from life-threatening allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), particularly to foods, and works vigorously to achieve a safer environment for all those with severe allergies.

Life can be traumatic and uncertain for people with severe allergies, with an emergency dash to hospital an ever present possibility, every day of the year. The Anaphylaxis Campaign is the only organisation that exclusively meets the needs of this group.
