Do you want to make a real difference in Darfur? Kids for Kids is virtually the only organisation helping children who are living in remote villages in Darfur, Sudan, through long term, self sustainable projects. It works because the projects are identified and run by the communities themselves. It is based on the simple loan of goats and donkeys, the provision of water and basic health care - lacking in all villages - including the training of midwives and first aid workers. Our environmental projects include the extensive planting of drought resistant trees. Kids for Kids' projects are reaching over 200,000 people, in 51 villages - despite ongoing insecurity and Darfur's continued isolation geographically, politically and economically.
