St Giles Church lies at the centre of old Matlock on an ancient thoroughfare linking Wirksworth and Chesterfield. The church bells call a vibrant and friendly community to regular worship, centred on the Sunday Sung Eucharist. Children enjoy Godly Play, the Sunday Fun Club and regular family services. The Meditation Group and contemplative services "Breathing Space' offer alternative ways to worship.
