Tŷ Elis is a registered charity that provides a confidential, professional, individual therapeutic counselling service; run entirely by volunteers and accessible to the community. 'Tŷ Elis - I'r Uchelder' Porthcawl Counselling Service (PCS) was founded in 1995 to provide a Therapeutic Counselling and Physchotherapy Service for the bridgend Borough and outlying areas. It is known as 'Tŷ Elis' and is a registered charity organisation governed by the board of Trustees. Tŷ Elis's professionally trained volunteer couunsellors provide a 1:1 therapeutic service to client, for as long as is needed; covering diverse issues including depression, loss, eating disorders, illness,disability and addiction. Each one of us has physical and mental health, at any stage in our lives requiring counselling. Tŷ Elis provides this important therapeutic counselling on a donation basis, accessible to anyone regardless of their income or postcode.
