Terms and Conditions 

  1. The voting mechanism and text services for this event are provided by TheGivingMachine, a UK registered charity No. 1159320. For more information about us, please see
  2. By using the text service or our website in relation to the fundraising for this event, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
  3. You may vote for any UK registered charities represented at the event or those listed when you vote online. All the charities are registered with us and details of which can be found on our website here :
  4. The voting system we use requires the collection of your email address. This allows us to confirm and allocate your vote, ensure a donation is made to the cause of your choice and confirm final payments .  We keep this information secure and do not divulge it to others without your permission. Once registered as a giver with us, you can select the type of information you may receive from us (or opt out from all communications). For more information about these settings, please read
  5. You are limited to two votes. One from the ticket /or token you receive when entering the show as a visitor or provided to you with your pass if you are exhibitor. If it becomes apparent that votes have been made in a way which seeks to unfairly secure a greater donation to your cause(s), we reserve the right to withhold any donation until we are satisfied that the matter is resolved to our satisfaction. This is to ensure all causes for which votes have been cast receive the appropriate share of any monies to be donated.
  6. Each online vote will also be entered into a prize draw. The prizes are one £25 Amazon voucher and one family ticket for the 2017 event. There is no cash alternative and will be drawn and advised by 31st July by TheGivingMachine.
  7. TheGivingMachine reserves the right to disqualify entries or suspend voting if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting. TheGivingMachine has the right to substitute an alternative method at its absolute discretion.
  8.  If, for any reason, the online voting system fails, the vote may be suspended or a contingency plan may be actioned
  9. TheGivingMachine reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the voting at any time.
  10. TheGivingMachine cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any on-line system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
  11. Please note that any staff member of TheGivingMachine is not eligible to vote.

  13. These terms and conditions have been created with the intention of safeguarding the interests of the causes represented at the event, those selected through the voting mechanism , and their supporters but are subject to change without notice.
  14. This website is for use by persons located and resident within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles and the Isle of Man. Accordingly, these terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the parties to any dispute or action hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
