We are pleased to announce that Banbury Young Homelessness Project is TheGivingMachine’s featured cause for December!

This means all windfall donations made by givers that do not log on to their account when shopping via TheGivingMachine, will go to Banbury Young Homelessness Project.

Banbury Young Homelessness Project (BYHP) is an organisation helping homeless young people. The charity supports all young people aged 13 to 25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or disadvantaged (and often their families) in Banbury, Bicester, Brackley, Chipping Norton and the surrounding areas.

BYHP Services

BYHP operates three core services supporting between 200 and 300 young people annually: Family Mediation, Counselling, Housing and Homelessness Advice and Employability, including a Job Club.

These services are provided free of charge. In addition we also run a Peer Support Group and a food bank as well as projects related to a range of areas including art, music and sport.

In order to maintain the high standard of services offered at BYHP, we need the support of local people to promote an understanding of the problems faced by those who are homeless in the area, and of course financial assistance.
Part of TheGivingMachine community

Being part of TheGivingMachine, BYHP will benefit from online donations made through supporters who buy online! This means that these much needed services get to receive monthly payments from us via all their supporters who shop & give for FREE to this cause.
