Biscuiteers say “Why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers!”

Biscuiteers make it easy for us to send our family and friends tins of delicious handmade iced biscuits for all occasions whether it’s a birthday, wedding, congratulations, thank you or simply to spread a little biscuit love.

Once you have chosen what you would like, their bakers make the dough using the finest natural ingredients.  Each biscuit is carefully cut to shape and baked. Then the hand-icing is completed and they are packed into a lovely illustrated tin to be delivered to the door of the lucky recipient.

I can say there was certainly a lot of excitement in TheGivingMachine office this week when this beautiful tin of biscuits arrived from Biscuiteers.

.

This tin is their Mother’s Day Bouquet luxe biscuit tin and is priced at £45. It is delivered by post in an attractive cardboard box and when you open the package you are greated with a gorgous tin which is so pretty you will definately want to keep once the biscuits have gone.

With expectations high after seeing the tin we were not be disappointed by the content. The tin is full of the most delightful looking biscuits, each one individually hand-iced by Biscuiteers team of talented icers in London. Every one is lovingly handmade the old-fashioned way, one biscuit at a time!

As this is a Mother’s Day tin, the biscuits are a collection of flowers hand-picked to illustrate all of the amazing qualities that Mums have. The flowers are:

  • Plumeria which is the flower of Birth and Positivity
  • Aster to signify Patience
  • Phlox which stands for Harmony and Honesty
  • Pink Carnation which is a symbol of a Mother’s Love
  • Gerbera Daisy is a message of Happiness

.

So do they taste as good as they look? The answer is simply YES! These biscuits were delicious and didn’t last very long in the office but they are biscuits to be savoured and eaten slowly for full enjoyment.  The biscuits had a lovely vanilla flavour and are available in gluten free. The sweetness of the icing worked perfectly with the biscuit base which had a nice crunch.

.

TheGivingMachine team all agreed that we would prefer to receive a tin of Biscuiteers than a bouquet of flowers so if you would like to send someone something a little different and unique then visit Biscuiteers to view their full range of loveliness.

A massive thank you to Biscuiteers for sending us this delicious treat. You have made our team very happy!
