We were delighted with your suggestion as we love the Mint Velvet brand and knew it would fit perfectly with our audience.
Following your recommendation, we have approached Mint Velvet several times to request they join TheGivingMachine website so our lovely givers can generate free donations for the schools, charities and community groups close to their hearts when they shop with them. Our CEO even wrote to their CEO.
Unfortunately, Mint Velvet have declined and were unable to even answer our CEO. This has made us very sad as we feel that we have let you down by not being able to feature the shops you want to shop at.
We are unsure why Mint Velvet have chosen not to work with our charity as they do work with for-profit organisations who advertise their products – perhaps they just don’t understand what an amazing community you really are and what they are missing out on.
