Coco’s is a beautiful bijoux boutique full of gorgeous gifts, award-winning chocolates and unique treasures from far-flung places.  Originally based in Surrey, the business has been thriving for 14 years, relocating to its cute premises in Bishops Stortford 7 years ago.

Ursula our Roving Reporter was delighted to meet with both Katie the owner and her lovely daughter Savannah.  She discovered lots of interesting facts about Coco’s history and some of their fabulous products.

Coco's

The name Coco originated from Katie’s sister Mandy who set up the business.  At the tender age of 17 she travelled to New York and became obsessed with Coco Chanel.  She fell in love with the black & white stripes which now appear today on the logo and hence the name for Coco’s.

Coco’s sell a popular candle called Attar Rose which was given to guests at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry & Meghan.

Coco’s sell lots of environmentally friendly products such as jewellery made out of recycled paper and the very popular bee bombs, which are fantastic to help our bee population in their survival.  All these products are cruelty-free too.

Coco’s love to play a part for the good in our community and support many charities including The Bishop’s Stortford Mini Bus, Bishop’s Stortford Age Concern, and Bishop’s Stortford Food Bank via GivingStreet.  They love to support the community and give something back.
