Connection Support help people throughout Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes who present with a wide range of issues these can include: physical disability, age related problems, mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, autism spectrum condition, people escaping domestic violence, ex-offenders, people with housing issues, homeless people and rough sleepers. By supporting our charity you will be helping people to live independently in homes of their own and to have and maintain a home. We tackle social exclusion, encourage integration and independence and assist people to gain opportunities in work, training, education and social activities. Your help is greatly appreciated.
