12 Days of Christmas T&Cs

We are delighted to have partnered with My Nintendo Store to offer one lucky supporter a £50 donation for their cause and two Lego Starter bundles in our 12 Days of Christmas competition.

Supporters can enter this competition each day between the 1st to 12th December by collecting a Free Bonus Donation. Each collection of a Free Bonus Donation counts as one entry.

Supporters can collect a Free Bonus Donation by clicking on the Collect Now button on our website. Supporters must be signed in to our website to see the Collect Now button.

Supporters have 12 chances to enter this competition.

Full Terms and Conditions:

1. Competition Date: Valid from 00:00:01 on 1st December 2023 to 23:59:59 on 12th December 2023.
2. Competition is hosted by TheGivingMachine, 14a Grange Park, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire CM23 2HX.
3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of TheGivingMachine and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
4. To enter you must collect a Free Bonus Donation by clicking on the Collect Now button on the homepage of our website: https://shopandgive.thegivingmachine.co.uk/
5. Supporters must be signed in to our website to collect a Free Bonus Donation.
6. Supporters can enter once per day during the competition dates.
7. The prize is as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
8. Competition is promoted via TheGivingMachine’s website, social media channels and direct communications.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter, the entrant must already be – or sign up to be – a TheGivingMachine Supporter and click on the relevant button on the TheGivingMachine by the closing date.
10. One winner will be picked at random and will be notified via email within 5 days of the competition closing date.
11. The winning donation will be added to the supporters account within 5 days of the competition closing date and payment will be sent to the cause in the following payment run.
12. The prize will be sent directly to the winner by My Nintendo Store.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
14. TheGivingMachine reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
15. TheGivingMachine’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The winner agrees to their first name and last initial being used in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
