Our lovely Alexandra downloaded the Second Nature app and put it to the test. This is what she had to say about it:
“Second Nature has been an incredible learning curve for me in the area of weight loss and nutrition. Prior to signing up I had not experienced the notion of group discussion when it came to topics like this, and it really made me more comfortable to share my own weekly thoughts and experiences around my meal plans and progress.
The recipes section of Second Nature was so useful – as I was particularly struggling to keep cooking new meals at home that could also provide good nutrition. The cherry on the top was the optional payment amount for the first two trial weeks. I thought that really made it accessible to all and was something I hadn’t seen before.
I am continuing to use Second Nature regularly, and dipping into the recipes section every week. I would really recommend this to anyone who wants to focus on their food and weight but hasn’t experienced a calm space to do so before. The group support and relaxed check-ins really help to reduce stress and anxiety around all-or-nothing updates.“
