Fran Cotton and Steve Smith, the founder directors of Cotton Traders, began their teamwork on the Rugby field. On ending their international Rugby careers, the two began working together for Bukta Sportswear. Cotton Traders was established in 1987, with a product offering centered on Rugby Leisurewear.
