Together with the wonderful causes, supporters and businesses we work with, we made a positive impact in 2023 and we are delighted to share this impact video with you.

Herts Hogline issued a plea of their impending closure due to lack of funds. Their community rallied round to secure their future.

During the cost of living crisis, people are finding it hard to offer their support to good causes. However there are ways we can support good causes without putting ourselves under financial strain.

Mental health charities provide advice and resources to those who need it most, whether it be through counselling, campaigning or helping individuals assess their needs and options. Yet, without the support of others, the work of these charities would not be possible.

Dalit Logo

Supporting Dalit Children (SDC) are a registered charity that aim to provide financial and social support to Dalit children, as well as spreading awareness and teaching the wider world about the challenges that Dalit children face. They have raised nearly £1,000 since joining our GivingLottery.

We’ve teamed up with The School People to offer a great opportunity to all the causes on TheGivingMachine.

Survey

Our causes, supporters and local businesses completed our survey to help us to better understand their needs and wants. We can now share our findings with you.

The Driver Hire Benevolent Fund (DHBF) is a good cause that is run by Driver Hire, a Nationwide company, to help drivers in their time of need. 

Schnauzerfest logo

Schnauzerfest is a registered charity that aims to provide financial assistance for veterinary bills for rescue dogs. Since signing up to our GivingLottery in January 2021, they have managed to raise over £7,700.

Since its launch, the GivingLottery has raised more than £150,000 for the community and more than £66,999 has been given away in winnings.

It’s now even easier to help us raise funds for TheGivingMachine.

We’ve signed up to Nectar Donate, a new initiative launched this month from the team at Nectar and Crowdfunder. This means you can now donate any or all of your Nectar points to us!

Children

As parents we want to raise compassionate and kind children who strive to make this world a better place. How can we help them understand the importance of being charitable?

Over £2million has been raised for UK based schools, charities and other good causes by our Giving Nation

Mad About Schnauzers UK Fundraising was formalised in December 2020 as a registered non-profit - importantly remaining a totally voluntary organisation.  

Most of our fundraising takes place on Mad About Schnauzers UK Fundraising Facebook group.
